CityU PhD Minimum English Requirement: TOEFL>=79, IELTS >=6.5, or CET-6 >=490

Master/Bachelor in computer science, communication engineering, information technology, electronic engineering or any other related subjects. Average GPA Score should >=80 (total 100) or 3.0 (total 4.0)

Solid foundation, good programming ability, enthusiasm for research, and hard working. Project/research experience is a plus.
